A former designer and ex-full-time dad, Tom now pours his energy into beer — brewing it, drinking it, and cleaning up after it, all with obsessive enthusiasm.

A retired paint technician, Andy now turns his skills to brewery life — whether it’s hand-painting casks, delivering beer or wheel-spinning the forklift in the yard.

Our four-legged team member, Oakley takes his biscuit duties very seriously — albeit when he’s not busy with cuddles or helping to lift team morale.
